OPTIFAST Shake Recipes
- Root Beer Blended Float

1 pkt Vanilla Powder
1 can Diet Root Beer
Ice (to desired thickness)
Blend until smooth.
Variations: Use Caffeine Free Diet Coke or
Diet Pepsi (count as 1 srvg of caffeine if reg dt pop).
- Pina Colada

1 pkt Vanilla Powder
1 cap Pineapple Extract
2 cap Coconut Extract
2 Tbsp Splenda
8 oz Water
Ice (to desired thickness)
Blend until smooth.
- Grande Frappacino
-
1 pkt Vanilla Powder
1 Tbsp Instant Coffee (reg or decaf)
1 Tbsp Sugar Free Hazelnut Syrup
2 Tbsp Splenda
14 oz Cold Water
Shake until blended.
Variations: Use Chocolate powder and SF Vanilla syrup instead and/or hot water.
- Strawberry Ice Cream

1 pkt Strawberry Powder
1 can Diet Strawberry Soda
Ice (to desired thickness)
Blend until airy. Make sure all the ice is crushed. Freeze for 30 – 60 minutes and enjoy.
- Chocolate Shake

1 pkt Chocolate Powder
1 can Diet Chocolate Soda
Ice (to desired thickness)
Blend until smooth.
Variations: Use Diet Chocolate Raspberry Soda instead.
- Homemade Chicken Soup

1 pkt Chicken Soup
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Onion Powder
¼ tsp Parsley Flakes
¼ tsp Celery Flakes
Black Pepper or Cayenne (to taste)
14 oz Boiling Water
Stir and let soup sit for about 5 minutes for
flavors to blend and soup to thicken.
