Chief Executive Officer
Terry played a significant role in the development of Heritage Physician Group and
Health Resource Group, Inc. He has worked in medical group management for more than 20 years
and moved to Hot Springs in 1990 to take on the role of Administrator for the Burton-Eisele
Clinic. Prior to that time he held similar roles in Little Rock, Tulsa, and Dallas.
Terry has responsibility for the business and strategic areas of Health Resource Group and
Heritage Physician Group. His primary focus is the coordination of management efforts to
achieve the organizational goals established by the board of directors.
Terry is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a bachelor’s degree in
business administration and a concentration in finance. He has received certification from
the American College of Medical Practice Executives.
Director of Operations
Susan began working with Health Resource Group in 1995 and is responsible for operations at all clinics.
Susan works with the management team in developing and implementing long- and short-range strategic plans,
along with the business plan. Susan represents Heritage with regulatory agencies, insurance carriers, and
other professional and community groups.
Susan received her bachelor’s degree in communications, with a minor in marketing, from Arkansas State
University in Jonesboro. Her professional associations include state and national membership in the Medical
Group Management Association. Susan is married with two teenagers. She is a native of Hot Springs and is an
active member of Hot Springs Baptist Church.
